When we started this story in 2004, we were guided by only one thought – to create pasta and gnocchi that would taste like childhood, family lunches and our grandmothers' recipes. We wanted to preserve the authenticity of local cuisine, but at the same time make it accessible to everyone – from family tables to the professional kitchens of the best restaurants.
Today, 21 years later, Nichi products arrive on tables all over Croatia every day – in homes, restaurants and hotels. Our gnocchi, soft and full of flavor, are made from carefully selected potatoes to maintain the perfect texture and natural taste. Our pasta is made from original Italian Durum wheat, prepared with the same care as in the past – with respect for recipes that have been passed down through generations.
But Nichi is not just pasta – Nichi is a family story, dedication and love for the craft. Over the years, we have expanded production, improved processes and developed new products, but one thing has remained the same – quality and dedication to every bite.
