Recipe: Gnocchi in prosciutto and sage sauce

Quick, easy and perfectly delicious – Nichi gnocchi in an aromatic prosciutto and sage sauce is a true example of a dish that delights with its richness of flavor, and is prepared in just a few minutes. Ingredients:
500 g Nichi gnocchi
100 g Dalmatian prosciutto (sliced ​​into strips)
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 ml cooking cream
5-6 fresh sage leaves
50 g grated hard cheese (e.g. Pag cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:
Cook the Nichi gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the instructions. Drain.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the prosciutto strips and fry them briefly.
Add the sage leaves, then the cooking cream and let everything combine.
Stir in the cooked gnocchi, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm, sprinkled with grated cheese.
