Tagliatelle with salmon and lemon – the perfect combination of freshness and creamy texture
When you want to prepare a quick, tasty and refined meal, tagliatelle with salmon and lemon is the right choice. The creamy sauce with mild citrus notes blends perfectly with the delicate taste of salmon, while the fresh Nichi pasta gives the dish that homemade touch that is hard to resist. This dish is perfect for special occasions, but also for those moments when you want to treat yourself to a top-notch meal without much complication.
Ingredients (for 2 people):
250 g Nichi tagliatelle
200 g fresh salmon (fillet)
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
150 ml cooking cream
50 ml white wine
Juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Fresh parsley for decoration
Preparation:
Dice the salmon and lightly salt it.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
Add the salmon and briefly fry it on all sides. Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the cooking cream, lemon juice and grated lemon zest. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In the meantime, cook the Nichi tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix well to combine all the flavors.
Serve warm, sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley.
